Topdental expands to new premises
We are excited to share some big news with our valued customers and partners – Topdental has officially moved to a new, larger facility.
After 13 years in our old home the time had come to upgrade and switch to a more production focussed facility.
This move represents a major milestone for us, allowing us to enhance our production capabilities, increase storage capacity, and ultimately serve you better.

A new home
Offices, warehouse, production, research and development and formulation blending all under one roof.
Production focused
Our new premises, located in Holmfield, West Yorkshire features a much larger 3,300 sq ft production room equipped with more dedicated machinery and increased storage capacity.
This move is expected to increase production speeds and volume across the business, allowing Topdental to better meet the growing demand for infection control products while continuing to deliver the high-quality products clinical professionals rely upon every day.

Our new home includes a range of new and improved facilities
Dedicated Production
Clean, safe and accurate production with room for dedicated semi automated wet wipe and bottle filling machinery inside a clean and protected environment.
On site blending
Increased formulation blending capacity with two brand new mixing tanks. Bringing Topdental’s total capacity to 11,000 litres across 3 independent vessels .
Secure and safe
Dedicated secure IBC storage area with in-built bunding and independent drainage ensure no contamination could ever reach local water sources or sewage networks.
New offices
Sales, export, design and regulatory department offices remain onsite.
This allows staff to react quickly to specific demands and ensure high levels of customer service.
Development lab
Inside our new formulation development and testing laboratory lives our full time R & D manager.
Product developments, sample testing, competitor analysis and stability testing are all possible in house.
Topdental’s expansion comes at a time when the demand for high performance infection control solutions for the medical and dental sector is more critical than ever.
With the new site offering enhanced storage capacity of over 900 pallets, we can now maintain larger manufacturing component inventories helping to ensure quicker production times and minimise stock shortages.
This move is not just about more space; it’s about our commitment to innovation and to you, our customers. We’ve always been dedicated to providing top-tier infection control solutions, and this new facility will enable us to do so even more effectively.
