UNIoil is a class I registered medical device. An all-purpose handpiece lubricant spray for maintenance of all dental handpieces including highspeed, slow speed and air motors. Its high penetrative ability ensures a thorough coating of bearing surfaces. Each 500ml can contains high volume pressure to provide maximum bearing rotation during oiling while also removing debris.
Each can contains a high volume pressure to provide maximum bearing rotation during oiling. High internal pressure of 70+Psi (4.8atm) at 20°C. Cans are to UN specification, are compatible with Kavo, W&H, Bien Air etc oil nozzles and includes a dust cap.
Directions For Use
Insert into back of handpiece and spray through for one to two seconds immediately after each use and before sterilisation. Wipe excess thoroughly. Important: Hold can in a vertical position when in use. Refer to handpiece maintenance instructions where applicable.Testing & Efficacy

3.55: Handpieces should be lubricated according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Those that have been processed in a washer-disinfector might have had the lubricant removed and require lubrication again before going into the sterilizer.
3.56: A separate canister of lubricant should be used for cleaned instruments. The canisters should be labelled so that it is clear which canister is used for unclean instruments and which is used for instruments that have been cleaned in a washer-disinfector. Another canister for use with handpieces after sterilization might be required if the manufacturer recommends it.
3.57: Inadequate lubrication can lead to unnecessary damage to the internal mechanism.
